GATES is a system of learning movement & improvisation dedicated to people with or without any dance background. It aims at bridging the worlds of movement, dance, mobility and strength training.

 “Movement” classes are held at AM Fitness (www.alwaysmove.com) every week. They focus on the building movement terminology – like an alphabet.

 Workshops dedicated to different parts of the GATES system are held on demand in different countries. They focus on the deep concept that allows one to build a flow – pretty much like grammar.
