GATES is a system of learning movement & improvisation dedicated to people with or without any dance background. It aims at bridging the worlds of movement, dance, mobility and strength training.

 “Movement” classes are held at AM Fitness ( every week. They focus on the building movement terminology – like an alphabet.

 Workshops dedicated to different parts of the GATES system are held on demand in different countries. They focus on the deep concept that allows one to build a flow – pretty much like grammar.
