The Flooreio Lexicon is the movement terminology I have been developing over the past few years, merging capoeira, contemporary dance and circus. These semi private classes focus on isolating and improving the movement alphabet, exploring with the patterns and ultimately flowing, improvising and creating. Joint prehab, pattern priming and body sustainability are all parts of this coaching.
The goal of the Contemporary dance classes/courses is to learn floorwork movements, refine them aesthetically and put them together in sequences, or phrases, before adding the element of musicality to the mix.
The capoeira flow masterclasses are held monthly and focus exclusively on capoeira-inspired patterns, flows, kicks and acrobatics.
Movement classes are faster-paced, more intensive workout classes involving different crawling and patterns and designed to develop physicality, mobility and coordination for the participant.
Handstand drop in classes and courses are offered to cater for both the complete beginners and the people struggling to find consistency in their handbalancing or willing to refine their alignement.
